What is a Consultation?
A consultation is a friendly, zero-pressure conversation where we can dive into your tattoo idea together. It's the essential first step for any custom design or cover-up project. Think of it as a collaborative brainstorming session with an artist who can guide you on what’s possible.
This is not the day of your tattoo appointment. A consultation is a dedicated time for us to talk without the pressure of the tattoo machine.
What to Expect
During your consultation, we'll discuss the following:
Your Idea: We'll talk through your vision, the story behind your idea, and the overall feel you're going for.
Size and Placement: We'll look at the space you have in mind and decide on the best size and placement to ensure the design flows with your body.
Stylistic Details: We'll review your reference photos and discuss how your ideas can be translated into Taylor's unique artistic style.
Pricing & Booking: We'll provide you with a price quote or hourly estimate and discuss the next steps for booking your tattoo appointment.
How to Prepare
To get the most out of your consultation, it helps to come prepared with a few things:
Reference Photos: Gather any images that inspire you. This could be other tattoos, botanical illustrations, photos, or anything that helps explain the vibe you want.
Tattoo Location: Have a clear idea of where you want the tattoo on your body.
An Open Mind: The best consultations are a conversation! Be open to Taylor’s feedback and ideas, as she will provide expert insight on what will look best and last the longest.
