Custom Designs
Art that’s uniquely you. Let's create something together.
Your Idea, Our Collaboration
At Sundog Tattoo, we believe the best tattoos are born from a true collaboration between client and artist. For me, Taylor Dees, a custom design isn't just about drawing something on paper—it's about hearing your story, understanding your vision, and translating it into a piece of art that’s uniquely yours.
I love working on custom projects, from large-scale pieces to smaller, intricate designs. To ensure your tattoo is everything you've dreamed of, a conversation is the perfect place to start.
The Custom Design Process
Ready to bring your idea to life? Here’s a quick guide to how we work together on a custom project.
Share Your Vision: It all starts with you. Simply fill out our booking form with a detailed description of your idea. Include any reference images, preferred styles, and the planned placement on your body. The more you share, the better I can understand your vision.
The Consultation: This is the most important step! We'll schedule a time to meet, either virtually or in person. This is a chill, no-pressure chat where we'll discuss your concept, refine the details, and talk through the possibilities for the space we’re working with.
Design & Deposit: Once we have a solid plan, a design fee or deposit is required to secure your appointment and allow me to begin working on your custom art. This is when I’ll start drawing up your one-of-a-kind design.
Tattoo Day: On the day of your appointment, we’ll review the final design, make any last-minute adjustments, and begin creating your permanent art.
